We are looking for an expert in the team for the position of Head of Digital Marketing (PPC).
key.study is an international educational group with offices in Ukraine, Poland, Canada and Cyprus. We accompany the client at every stage of the educational path — from the first camp abroad and learning English to admission to a master's degree.
Our leading projects:
- Higher and secondary education abroad
- Ukrainian schools in Poland and Cyprus
- Private licensed lyceums in Ukraine
- Academies for learning English languages
- English-speaking vacations: group trips, Speak Summer Camp, British Camp, etc.
Main responsibilities:
- Innovation and experiments: monitoring new tools for attracting traffic in different markets, testing hypotheses and implementing effective solutions.
- Launching new opportunities: using innovative Google Ads functions, implementing new metrics (LTV, CAC, ROI) and end-to-end call tracking (Binotel).
- Analytics in Power BI: creation of comparative reports of seasons, analysis of unique and organic traffic, SEO.
- Team development: regular audit of advertising campaigns, preparation of guidelines and brief recommendations, implementation of remarketing strategy, analysis of creatives.
- Management of budgets and optimization: identification of tools with high conversion, redistribution of budgets, development of optimization schemes and metrics for PPC specialists.
- Achievement of planned indicators: maintenance of the average cost of a lead in Facebook and Google, implementation of plans for MQL leads, control of data correctness in reports.
- Development of a digital strategy for projects and brands of a group of companies.
We expect that you:
- have deep experience in PPC and digital marketing with management of large budgets;
- understand LTV, CAC, ROI metrics and end-to-end analytics;
- confidently work with Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Power BI;
- you have experience in managing a team;
- you are result-oriented, able to quickly make decisions and implement changes.
Working conditions:
- Salary: fixed rate 80,000 - 120,000 (net) + KPI bonuses
- Work format: remotely
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00
