We invite in its team of an experienced Head of Digital marketing.
What to do:
- manage Digital marketing in the company;
- systematize processes and build end-to-end analytics;
- conducting an audit of existing digital processes;
- develop, coordinate and implement short-term development strategies and long-term perspective and organize the process of implementing a strategy to increase the number of leads and sales;
- manage content in the digital space for attraction, heating and stable work of the target audience (own and partner sites);
- develop, plan, implement and analyze digital activities for the purpose of finding and targeting the audience, including SEO , content production, contextual advertising, retargeting, social media campaigns and conversion optimization;
- develop new and increasing effectiveness of the company's current social networks: LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram (constant filling and development of channels);
- ensure organic traffic growth and improvement site indicators;
- attract new traffic channels and new digital tools, quality analysis of each channel;
- develop the company's strategy and presentation on Internet markets;
- monitor and analyze the competitive environment;
- develop an annual/monthly budget.
Our wishes to the candidate:
- 5+ years of successful experience working with B2B products as Head of digital marketing/СМО/ Head of marketing;
- higher education in hamarketing, advertising or related areas;
- availability of successful cases of creation and implementation of digital products;
- high level of understanding of advertising packaging (selling Landing Page texts);
- comprehensive understanding of online marketing tools (high level of competence in email/content/video marketing and building a sales surge);
- experience in effective team management (task setting, control, coordination, motivation, development);
- experience working with foreign markets;
- level of English - B2;
- experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics;
- experience in lead generation on affiliate and paid media platforms;
- knowledge of lead generation strategy with full blast;
- ability to build a complex of digital marketing, including content production, SEO, contextual advertising, retargeting, partner joint marketing, placement and advertising in social networks;
- strategic thinking and focus on financial results;
- leadership qualities;
- excellent organizational skills;
