We need a specialist who has:
work experience in a similar position for at least 5 years
English language level - upper-intermediate (B2)
experience in managing marketing teams
deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including SMM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, content marketing and SEO
experience in writing and implementing a marketing strategy
ability to work with marketing tools, analytics and reporting
strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions
the ability to work in a team, a high level of communication skills and the ability to motivate employees
scrupulosity, creativity, thirst for constant development and improvement
Functional:
development and implementation of the company's comprehensive marketing strategy
management of a team of specialists, including email marketers, SMM managers, affiliate managers, content managers, designers, copywriters and SEO specialists
analysis and optimization of marketing campaigns
monitoring, analyzing the effectiveness of promotion channels, identifying weak points and providing suggestions for ways to optimize
regular market analysis, competitive analysis, trend detection
estimation and forecastingthe needs of the market and the audience, the formation of offers to expand the portfolio of products and services of the company
development and control of the budget of the marketing department, optimization of expenses and improvement of investment efficiency
