Your duties:

• active participation in the opening of new retail outlets throughout the territory of Ukraine with a direct trip to the location (maintenance of the opening checklist, interaction with the responsible units, setting tasks, step-by-step verification of the object's readiness, handing over the finished object to the operations director);
• organization of the promotion , seasonal and other offers in the network (development of POS materials, approval, printing, sending to points of sale, placement control);
• control of the availability and placement of all approved POS materials in the network;
• interaction with network merchandisers regarding the renovation of retail outlets;
• audit of retail outlets if necessary;
• reporting.

What scales would we like to see:

• experience in the position of supervisor of merchandisers;
• clear understanding and knowledge of merchandising standards;
• experience of opening trade facilities from "0";< /li>
• the ability to analyze the work of the team and set clear deadlines;
• the ability to freely move around the territory of Ukraine;
• business communication and negotiation skills;
• high self-organization;
