We are looking for an active, innovative, experienced Head of CRM to create a Marketing direction in our new Gambling product and jump in a new opportunity to launch a new product.

About the role:
As a Head of CRM you will be responsible for: overseeing the CRM system’s implementation, maintenance, and optimization, as well as managing back office operations to ensure efficient support for front-end activities. This role involves improving customer relationships, enhancing data management, and streamlining back office processes to support overall business goals.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years proven experience in CRM management and back office operations
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in database management and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

CRM System Management:
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system.
  • Ensure the CRM system is effectively utilized across the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM system.
  • Generate reports and insights from CRM data to support decision-making.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues.

Customer Relationship Enhancement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize customer interactions.
  • Provide training and support to staff on CRM best practices.

Back Office Operations:

  • Manage back office functions to support front-end operations.
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Project Management:

  • Lead CRM and back office-related projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure project success.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

System Optimization and Upgrades:

  • Identify opportunities for CRM system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Work with vendors and IT to implement system improvements.
  • Ensure system security and data privacy are maintained.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare regular reports on CRM and back office performance metrics.
  • Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
