For what tasks: Coordinate processes and lead the team (editors, directors, promo) Set tasks, select creatives, communicate with the team Control the quality of creatives, optimize the work of the team Analyze the mobile game market and new trends Generate ideas for creatives, implement new strategies Work with metrics, lead reporting From candidates for this position, we expect: Experience in the position of Head of Creative or related experience team management and the full process of creating creativesUnderstanding the processes of creating mobile gamesExperience in advertising, understanding marketing metrics, their analysisCreative thinking and the ability to generate ideasEnglish Intermediate+ Why should you join our team?
