HEAD OF CONTROLLING (Deputy of CFO) in BIZNES RESORSES / BUSINESS RESOURCES

DUTIES:

• Management of budgeting, financial planning and forecasting.

• Preparation of group financial statements (BS, P&L, Cash Flow and other related reports).

• Analysis of financial and operational performance indicators of the company.

• Calculation of production costs and analysis of product profitability and operational efficiency.

• Monitoring purchase prices and supporting analytics procurement.

• Management of the controlling department.

• Capex and expenditure project control.

• Financial risk assessment.

• Internal control: implementation of procedures and preparation of reports.

• Improvement of reporting systems and development of minimization strategies risks.

• Participation in cross-functional projects and performing the tasks of the financial director.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher specialized education (finance, economics, accounting or related areas).

• Relevant work experience of at least 5 years in a large international manufacturing company with a large number of stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of finance, management accounting and production economics.

• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and product costing.

• Fluency in English at the B2+ level (oral and written communication).

• Experience in implementing and/or optimizing financial processes.

• Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.

• Experience in automating financial and accounting processes.

• Experience in interaction with external audits, in particular with the Big Four companies.

• ACCA certification will be advantage.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, stakeholder management experience.
