Head of Content Marketing (Inbound Marketer) in Sevruk E.A., FLP

A Ukrainian IT company that has been working on the market for more than 20 years, which is present on the Ukrainian and international markets, is looking for a Head of content marketing (Inbound marketer).

What functions will need to be performed:

1. Building a content marketing strategy (website blog and forum); 

2. Work with adding/editing/optimizing content on the company's websites + Tasking copywriters with writing articles for the company's websites and posting articles on external resources; 

3. Building a content strategy for social networks - attracting, engaging, and converting potential customers from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. Promotion of selected posts;

4. Creation of weekly content plans; 

5. Email marketing strategy and automation of mailings to attract new leads; 

6. Building lead attraction funnels (Email - Telegram - Viber - Free webinar); 

7. On Page SEO; 

8. Linkbuilding (TOP3 by selected keywords); 

9. Development of the YouTube channel, attracting leads from YouTube; 

10. Conducting online webinars together with consultants to obtain new leads;

11. Analysis of the achievement of content strategy goals in GA4; 12. Visualization of results in Looker Studio/GoogleSheets; 13. Targeted advertising in GoogleAds, FacebookAds, Linkedin; 14. Reporting on leads in CRM; 15. Work with contractors (designers, developers); 16. Preparation of promotional materials for participation in conferences and forums, preparation of PowerPoint presentations.

Who we are looking for:

1. 2+ years of experience in the position of Head of content marketing (inbound marketer).

2. Experience with GoogleAds, FacebookAds, Linkedin.

3. Experience in CRM.

4. English language level: B1-B2.

5. Work experience in international markets.

6. Soft skills: Discipline; Responsibility; Ability to independently prioritize tasks; Initiative; Purposefulness; Literacy.
