Responsibilities:

· Management of a team of consultants in household appliances stores (COMFY, FOXTROT)

· Selection and personnel adaptation (opening vacancies through HR, conducting interviews with existing candidates)

· Training of personnel in work standards; 

· Control and verification of the quality of staff work; 

· Reporting (all reports are automated in the Effie program); 

· Communication with store staff; 

Requirements:

· Work experience as a supervisor of merchandisers, consultants, regional, territorial manager - from 1 year. 

· Presentable appearance and competent pronunciation; 

· Active life position, responsibility, self-organization, result-oriented, initiative.
