Transfer of the finished object into operationof the operation department.

Organization of product creation (tasks, planning solutions, design project);

Initiation and participation as part of the working group in the development of the project concept;

Participation (together with the legal department) in the preparation of legal documentation;

Organization signing of the contract(s) (general) contract;

Requirements for candidates:

Education - higher technical b;
Requirement for work experience in positions: kproject manager, DIP
from 3 years; li>
Ability to manage subordinates;
Basic norms DBN 2.2-9:2018;
Technology of basic construction processes;
Ownership of software products AutoCAD, Excel, 1C;
Knowledge of systems ETR, VC, SPZ, SKS;
B construction of commercial real estate;
Construction of residential real estate;
Implementation of interior decoration and networks of commercial real estate;
Budget for object implementation;

System of monitoring the progress of implementation of the project;
