Main duties:

Initiation and participation (together with the budget specialist) in the development of the project budget;Protection of the project budget (justification of technical solutions and financial indicators of projects );Iinitiation and participation (together with findep) in the development of the project financing schedule;Formation and updating of the schedule for issuing projects, conducting tenders, concluding contracts and supplying materials;
Formation and transfer to fin. department ofmonthly applications for financing;
Formation of weekly applications for financing in 1C;
Control of construction termsaccording to the project implementation schedule;
Control of compliance with technical strong> and architectural/design solutions of implemented objects;
Control over the implementation of the project budget, in case of deviations from the budget in the direction of increase, looks for optimization options of the project;
Transfer of the finished object into operationof the operation department.
Organization of product creation (tasks, planning solutions, design project); Initiation and participation as part of the working group in the development of the project concept; < Strong>Initiation and participation in the working group for defining technical solutions for the project (together with the Dept. of Operation and Phyt. director);Participation (together with the legal department) in the preparation of legal documentation;Organization signing of the contract(s) (general) contract; Formation and updating of the construction and installation work schedule;
Requirements for candidates:
- Education - higher technical b;
- Requirement for work experience in positions: kproject manager, DIP
from 3 years; li> - Ability to manage subordinates;
- Basic norms DBN 2.2-9:2018;
- Technology of basic construction processes;
- Ownership of software products AutoCAD, Excel, 1C;
- Knowledge of systems ETR, VC, SPZ, SKS;
- B construction of commercial real estate;
- Construction of residential real estate;
- Implementation of interior decoration and networks of commercial real estate;
- Budget for object implementation;
< li style="font-weight: bold">Object implementation schedule;- System of monitoring the progress of implementation of the project;
- Principles of project budget formation, ability to defend forproposed solutions.
