Requirements :

• Higher construction or technical education, work experience from 3 years, on the construction of industrial sites: elevators, boiler rooms, heat generators and others. confident PC user;
• Ability to: plan, organize, control, motivate;
• Knowledge of regulatory construction documentation;
• Driving license.

responsibilities :

• Organization, planning and management of full cycle of construction and installation work from scratch to the delivery of objects;
• Development of construction plans, budgeting, assessment of work duration, drawing up a schedule of priority of work;
• management of construction and installation teams. Planning, keeping the work performed, providing the object with materials and equipment, checking applications for materials and equipment;
• Selection of contractors for various types of robots, conclusion, signing of contracts, acts of work performed, tracking the volume of work performed for payment; works;
• Control over the necessary documentation at objects;
• Interaction with the customer from the beginning of the work to full work;
• coordination, solving current issues at all stages and project participants.
