Head of construction projects in EVLAD, TOV

The company "EVLAD, LLC" is a leading Ukrainian enterprise that specializes in the construction and reconstruction of objects of various complexity. In connection with the expansion of activities, we are looking for a candidate for the position of "Construction Project Manager" in the city of Kyiv.

Tasks:

- Planning and coordination of construction projects from the initial stage to completion;

- Project budget control and management;

- Work with project documentation (participation in the development of technical TK);

- Working with economic documentation of the project (budgets, acts of completed works, commercial offers etc.);

- Communication with customers, contractors and other stakeholders;

- Ensuring the implementation of projects in accordance with established deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;

- Higher technical education (construction, architecture, etc.); - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure;

- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
