Responsibilities:

• coordination and management of all stages of construction projects from initial planning to completion
• organization and control of construction works in accordance with the approved schedule and budget
• ensure effective interaction between contractors, subcontractors and internal teams
• develop detailed work schedules in Microsoft Project to manage project time and resources
• track progress and make timely changes to the work plan to ensure compliance with deadlines
• analysis of possible project risks and development of measures to minimize them
• creation and control of project budgets, cost management, ensuring their compliance with financial plans
• optimization of costs for materials, labor and equipment, control over the use of resources
• preparation of financial reports on the status of the project for management
• ensuring compliance of construction works with technical requirements, construction standards and regulations
• checking the quality of work at all stages of construction and resolving issues regarding the elimination of defects
• monitoring compliance with safety regulations on construction sites.
• coordinating the activities of the construction team, distributing tasks among project participants< /li>
• maintaining close contact with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work
• organizing regular meetings with project participants to discuss progress and resolve operational issues
• preparing regular status reports of the project for management, including schedules, budgets and key indicators
• interacting with project customers, informing them about the progress of construction work, discussing changes in the project
• managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, technical tasks and plans.

Requirements:

• deep knowledge of construction technological processes, standards and construction regulations
< li>possession of methods of planning, organization and control of construction works
• excellent nbudgeting and cost management skills on the project
• knowledge of the principles of managing resources, materials and labor within projects
• skills of risk analysis and development of measures to minimize them
• high mastery of Microsoft Project for planning, management and control of project implementation
• confident use of office programs (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
• experience working with other tools for project management and construction documentation will be an advantage
• high communication skills for interaction with the team, contractors and customers
• ability to make independent decisions and solve problems promptly
• team management skills and the ability to effectively delegate tasks
• ability to work under conditions of multi-tasking and tight deadlines
• responsibility, results orientation, attention to details
• leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team
