In connection with the development and expansion of the business, we invite you to the position of Head of construction projectsin the direction of private houses/cottages.

Who we are looking for:

Responsible, ambitious manager of construction projects, who wants to grow with us, who knows how to manage projects, negotiate and is results-oriented!

Requirements:

• Mandatory work experience in the field of construction projects from 2 years
• Higher construction education - mandatory
• Confident user of programs: AutoCad, ArchiCad, CRM.
• Understanding the construction processes of private houses and cottages.
• Work experience in building construction projects.

Functional duties:

• Negotiations with the customer and suppliers
• Visit to the facilities and formation of commercial proposals for the customer
• Organization of the technological process in construction.
• Concurrence of estimate documentation with the customer and conclusion of contracts
• Management and management of the construction project
• Development and control of the implementation of project schedules, quality control of the work performed.
• Maintenance of necessary reporting documentation.
