Head of construction projects in Alyans Budivelnikiv Ukrayini

Due to expansion, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Construction Project Manager.

- Management of construction projects at all stages: from planning to putting the object into operation.

- Selection, coordination and control of the work of contractors, engineering and technical teams.

- Ensuring the implementation of the project on time and within the budget.

- Project risk management, development of response plans for possible problems.

- Ensuring the quality of performed works in accordance with regulatory requirements and standards.

- Conducting negotiations with customers, contractors and other interested parties.

- Preparation of reports on the progress of the project .

Requirements:

- Higher technical or construction education.

- Experience as a project manager in the construction industry from 3 years.

- Knowledge of building codes and standards.

- Experience working with estimate documentation, contractors, controlling bodies.

- High organizational and leadership skills.< /p>

- Knowledge of project management software

- Ability to solve complex tasks and work in multitasking conditions.
