• Provides organization, control and management of construction work at construction facilities;
• coordinates and controls the work of the general contractor; /> • organizes the performance of works on the objects under construction;
• defines the responsible persons of the project, the limits of their powers, coordinates and controls their work;
• controls the construction of objects and quality of work;
• participates in the acceptance of work from subcontractors;
• Controls the project budget;
• controls the commissioning exploitation.
