We are looking for a director of a concrete-mortar unit with a higher education in the field of construction or related specialties. The candidate must have at least three years of experience in a similar position, in particular in the management of production processes and the team.

It is necessary to have knowledge of modern concrete and mortar production technologies, to be able to develop and implement a product quality control system, as well as to work with regulatory documentation and standards. Experience in the organization of logistics and supply is important.

The director must have leadership qualities, the ability to organize the work of the team and effectively solve problems in a multitasking environment. An important feature is responsibility, organization and the ability to make decisions. Communication and the ability to work with customers are also important components of this position.

In addition, the candidate must know the basics of occupational health and safety, as well as have experience with concrete and mortar production equipment. The ability to analyze and optimize production costs will be an advantage.
