We are looking for a compensation and benefits manager for our team. Tasks for you: • Development and implementation of a material and non-material motivation system based on grades; • Analysis of the labor market (by income level, composition of the compensation package, percentage of staff turnover, etc.);• Participation in the approval of the budgeting of the wage fund and control over its compliance; • Administration of the staff list and accompanying directories in the accounting system; • Approval of the transfer, transfer, change of wages, allowances, bonuses, additional payments of employees in accordance with the budget and company regulations.
