Strategic management of processes of compensation and privileges, development, implementation and control of efficient programs. Budget management and analytics, participation in the formation of HR strategy of the company in the part of Total Rewards.

Functional responsibilities:

• Development and implementation salaries, bonus programs, sales promotion programs
• Participation in budget construction and control: payroll, AOP, forecasting of compensation costs
• Analysis of the labor market: participation in external salaries and benefits, conducting GAPs, participating in the salary. , etc.), prepares recommendations for policies
• Preparing Dashboards, Management Reporting for Top Management and Board
• Management of Project Automation Projects (SAP, Other Systems)
