Head of charitable projects and programs (PM) in Silchenko A.S., FLP

The NGO is looking for a Head of charitable projects and programs

Duties:

1. Availability of a project plan, which corresponds to the general strategy of the union with prescribed goals, expected results, key business processes and timelines.  

2. High-quality rational financial management of the project:

• Formation and coordination of the project budget, control over its compliance. 
• Attracting financing for the project. 
• Formation of quarterly financial reporting on project costs to the operations director and the head of the union (on request).

3. Effective organizational pace of project management (achievement of defined OKRs and KPIs).

4. Ensuring high-quality and timely project document flow (contracts, acts, powers of attorney, etc.). 

5. Establishing cooperation with contractors. 

6. Establishing and organizing quality cooperation with partners:

• search for partners
• formation of partnership proposals
• communication
• timely reporting

7. Coordination and implementation of project communication. 

8. Initiating and implementing ideas to improve the project, its smooth development and reaching a new level. 

9. Continuous deepening of expertise in the topic and field of the project. 

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in project management

2. Similar experience in the non-profit sector with experience of cooperation with international organizations
