Head of the charitable foundation in BGV Group Management

The BGV CHARITY FUND is looking for a Chairman of the charity fund.

Main responsibilities:

• Strategic management and development of the fund (fformation and implementation of the strategic vision, goals and priorities of the fund; aanalysis of the social context, search for new directions);
• Fundraising and partnership development(kfundraising leadership in the direction of the fund; preparation and support of grant applications, donor reports, memoranda of cooperation; research and establishment of cooperation with donors, partners, businesses); style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Representation of the fund and external communications style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">representation of the fund at public events, conferences, media and professional communities; participation in coalitions, working groups and partnership initiatives); style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Development of institutional capacity(пsupporting organizational development, implementation of modern management practices; development of a corporate culture aimed at trust, initiative and sustainability). 400">
  • Experience in building and managing processes. Experience working in a charitable foundation will be an advantage.  style="font-weight: 400">We offer:
