Head of the sales department of cars with mileage
This position is key to our business and we are looking for an ambitious and experienced professional who will manage the department and bring out sales of cars with mileage to the new level.
Basic Responsibilities:
Team management:
• guidance, mentoring and motivation and Odesa.

Control of sales results:
• Installation and control of KPI performance (key performance indicators) to improve the team performance.
• Preparing detailed analytical reports and recommendations for company management.
• prompt work with customer reviews to ensure high quality of services.
• Development and management of the department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• analysis of financial indicators, cost planning and forecasting.
