Your main tasks will be:

• execute the general management of the capital construction group in terms of the effective use of capital investments during capital construction, capital and current repairs at production and non-production facilities;
• responsibility for timely and high-quality execution measures for obtaining the right to perform construction works, availability of design and estimate documentation, execution of project expertise, documentation of acceptance into operation of objects completed by construction;
• organize the work of the work execution group for the preparation of permit documentation, collection of weekend data and orders for the development of design and estimate documentation, drawing up defect reports, providing PCD for construction and repair objects, organizing work on technical supervision, drawing up requirements for materials and equipment for their transfer to procurement, determining the executor of the work, monitoring the progress and the quality of construction and assembly works, commissioning of construction objects within the established terms;
• control of the implementation of the investment program for capital construction and capital repairs, current repairs, the plan of design and research works, construction schedules,cost accounts, the quality of the calculation of estimates based on defective acts for current repairs, the quality of design and estimate documentation, the performance of project expertise, the state of centralized and independent procurement of materials and equipment, the availability of the right to perform construction works, the state of construction financing.

We expect you to:

• complete higher education (master's degree, specialist);
• work experience in the field of construction for at least 3 years;
• knowledge of regulatory documents and other governing documents related to the activity of the construction complex, construction production technology, functions Customer in construction;
• skills in working with Microsoft Office Word software products; Excel,
• AVK-5, AUTOCAD;
• ordered documents, namely the existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, passport (unexpired), etc.
