- Higher education in the field of construction, energy, architecture or engineering;
- Successful experience in implementing construction projects of various complexity;
- Skills effectively manage a team and large objects of information;
- Experience in successful negotiations;
- Leadership qualities, a high level of responsibility and the ability to make strategic decisions.
- Control over the execution of works on construction sites, in accordance with the approved plans and construction work schedules, financing and material supply schedules;
- Communication with customer representatives;
- Calculation of work volumes, preparation of reports;
- Engineering support and control of building materials at the site;
- Selection and management of workers and teams. Formation of a team of workers; < li>Ensuring compliance with safety and occupational health and safety techniques;
