  • Experience in developing and implementing scripts, regulations, KPIs and motivation systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work with numbers and reporting.
  • Experience with CRM systems, telephony and analytical tools.
  • Ability to make management decisions based on data.
  • High level of responsibility, system, leadership qualities.
  • Ability to work in conditions of rapid changes and scaling.
