Head of Business Analytics Systems Development Service in IDS Ukraine

We are announcing the opening of a Head of Business Analytics Systems Development Department.   

Requirements:

• Higher technical or economic education, preferably in the direction of building business analytics systems .
• Experience in the development of analytical systems from 5 years;
• Experience in team management and project management;
• English language proficiency level - Intermediate and above;
• Basic knowledge of basic information technologies, communication technologies, mobile and cloud systems, databases and IT systems;
• Knowledge of cloud technologies. Preferably MS Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, MS SQL;
• Willingness and ability to organize the work of a team and be responsible for its results;
• Understanding ITSM, ITIL, Agile, PM principles.< /li>

 
Duties:

• Organization, management and control of the work of the department team systems development business analysts; 
• Participation in the selection of new employees, organization and control of their adaptation; Management of development and maintenance of development competencies.
• Participation in the development and implementation of the development strategy of the department and the company as a whole;
• Development and approval of the functional duties of department employees, establishing the degree of their responsibility;< /li>
• Management of the department budget and relations with third-party companies;
• Analysis of the Customer's business requirements in terms of building an analytical reporting architecture and BI systems;
• Design, configuration and optimization of analytical cubes and reports of BI systems; 
• Optimization of planning processes and reporting consolidation; Support of regulatory processes of BI-reporting formation;
• Search and use of the latest technologies in business analytics.
