Head of BC (real estate manager, executive director).

   Our tasks:

   • General guidance on all issues of management, maintenance and development of the BC network;
   • Building a system of business processes necessary for effective real estate management; 
   • Negotiations, representation of interests, preparation of management reports, analytical and presentation materials;
   • Interaction with state bodies, operating and service companies, suppliers and contractors;
   • Management of lease relationships, organization of operational work with tenants, control of the fulfillment of contractual obligations, setting up relevant communications;
   • Building relationships with tenants aimed at forming long-term relationships and minimizing the level of rotation;
   • Planned rotation, search and attraction of new tenants, cooperation with brokerage companies to minimize the vacancy of objects;
   • Market monitoring, analysis of the competitive environment, conducting negotiations aimed at increasing the financial efficiency of objects;
   • Participation in the development and implementation of business plans to increase the economic efficiency and capitalization of objects;
   • Optimization of operational and utility costs, current and capital investments, setting up negotiation and tender procedures;
   • Organization and support of renovation and reconstruction procedures of objects, control of work volumes and estimates;
   • Monitoring, search and support of real estate acquisition procedures, preparation of investment proposals, development.

   Our expectations:

   1. Higher education and relevant work experience in a relevant position for at least 3 years;
   2. Systemic understanding of the basics and principles of functioning commercial real estate market;
   3. High level of responsibility and self-organization, decency, attention to detail, analytical mindset and systematicity;
   4. Ability to work in multitasking conditions, prioritize, delegate authority andshare tasks;
   • Good communication and management skills, as well as business communication and negotiation skills;
   1. Knowledge of the English language is an advantage.
