Head of the bank branch in Rocket Recruiters

We are Rocket Recruiters, a recruiting agency that finds talent for ambitious companies. We are currently helping our partner, one of the largest Ukrainian banks with foreign capital. Our partner is one of the TOP banks of Ukraine and is looking for a leader who will strengthen the branch in Brovary.

 What will need to be done:

• Personally attract customers: work with VIP segment, individuals and businesses (SMEs).

• Manage the branch team: form work discipline, develop employees and monitor their work.

• Execute plans: ensure stable indicators (CASH credits, cards, liabilities, ZKP) and develop client base.

• Scale business: create new channels for attracting customers and analyze the competitive environment.

• Ensure quality: monitor operational activities, compliance with service standards and NBU norms.

 What we expect from you:

Experience: from 2 years in a managerial position in the banking sector. Skills: successful team management and direct sales experience (preferably with own base or portfolio in Brovary)

Expertise: deep knowledge of banking products, lending, financial analysis and risks.

Leadership: you are a result-driven person who knows how to both demand and support the team.

Education: higher (financial or economic); knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
