Prozorro is an electronic public procurement system that replaced paper tenders. "Everyone sees everything" is our main principle. Thanks to the reform, all public procurement was transferred online. The Prozorro reform is a business card of Ukraine in the world and an example of a real reform based on open data and modern IT solutions.

Our candidate:

• - Experience in building and developing a team of analysts: setting tasks, mentoring, reviewing results. 
  - Ability to form an analytical strategy and align it with the Company's business and product goals. 
  - Strong prioritization, workload and deadline management skills. 
  - Ability to translate business inquiries into clear analytical tasks. 
  - Ability to reasonedly present the results of analysis to management and stakeholders. 
  - Confident communication, focus on win-win solutions. 
  - Willingness to work in conditions of changing priorities and rapid product development.

• Sufficient experience with Python (3+ years):
  - the main libraries for working with data, visualizations and mathematics;
  - experience that can be seen in pet projects or performing test tasks;
  - basic OOP;
  - automation of regular tasks.

• Practical and theoretical knowledge of Git.

• Databases:
  - experience writing queries to MongoDB (1+ years);
  - basic SQL/NoSQL theory;
  - experience with API.

• Visualization:
  - presentations, analytical notes, data-storytelling;
  - 2+ years of commercial experience building dashboards;
  - understanding of connecting dashboards to different data sources.

• Basic mathematics + advanced statistics and experience in applying statistical methods to practical problems.

• Experience in product analytics, interaction with product managers and cross-functional teams.

• Practical experience/theoretical knowledge of calculating product metrics.

• Readiness for routine work.

• Willingness to learn technologies that are not popular in the market (MongoDB in Data Analyst) and learn system logic and legislation.

• Experience in government or a non-IT technical role would be a plus.

• Skills of prioritizing tasks and working with workload.

• Technical higher educationor significant practical experience + specialized courses.

Responsibilities:

• Building and developing the direction of Data Analytics in the company. 

• Management of a team of analysts: work planning, task setting, competence development. 

• Interaction with product managers, technical and business teams.

• Building a system of metrics, dashboards and regular analytical reporting. 

• Analysis of large data sets, search for insights and photosmaking recommendations. 

• Development and support of analytical pipelines (Python, MongoDB, API). 

• Quality control of data and analytical results. 

• Preparation of presentations, analytical notes and materials for management.
