Head of the analytical department in Knigarnya E, TOV

Now we continue to actively develop and expand, so we are looking for an experienced head of the analytical department.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Department management analytics;
• Development of the roadmap of the analytics department, its documentation;
• Development of standards and improvement of reports, intuitive dashboards;
• Development of reports to support the work of all company departments;
• Audit and system analysis of the use of reporting, identification of shortcomings and their elimination;
• Application of internal and external benchmarks for evaluation and analysis of KPIs business;
• Participation in meetings;
• Preparation of analytics for management.

Our expectations from the candidate (-ky):

• Analysis of basic financial indicators;
• Skills in managing the analytical department;
• Skills in developing and improving analytical reports;
• Deep knowledge of Excel;
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of data analytics in managerial positions;
• Desirable: higher education in analytics, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related fields;
• VBA skills.
