Our request for candidates for this role:

• Higher education in the field of business, project management, information technology, analytics, innovation or a related field
• Experience of 5 years of program management or transformational projects in a complex environment, change management or innovation initiatives with a high level of business involvement.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Confident command of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean approaches. Strong analytical skills, systems thinking.
• Ability to work with metrics, ROI, implementation analytics.

What will you create with team:

• Lead the implementation of a complex program of changes in the direction of AI — from initiation to scaling.
• Form a holistic structure of the program: roadmaps, priorities, relationships, compliance of the program with the strategic goals of the organization.
• Identify risks and build strategies for managing them. 
• Ensure effective interaction with all stakeholders and involved divisions: facilitated discussions, moderating meetings, preparing presentations.
• You will represent the program at all levels — from working groups to bank management.
• Coordinate the work of several teams/directions at the same time.
• Ensure transparent reporting and control over key metrics.
• Work out a plan to support the results of the program after its implementation is complete.
