Head / Lead of content at the charitable foundation in Klub dobrodiyiv, Blagodiyniy fond

Hello! We are the Charitable Foundation "Klub Dobrodiyiv", an all-Ukrainian charitable organization that has been helping Ukrainian children and teenagers since 2016. During our work, we:

• implemented more than 150 life-changing projects that gave children new opportunities;
• united more than 1000 responsible adults into a community of support;
• involved more than 200 million hryvnias, which turned into tangible changes for teenagers - those who will soon shape the future of Ukraine;
• supported more than 300,000 children and teenagers from all corners of the country during a full-scale war;
• and opened Place of Strength is a transformative space for the support and development of teenagers! More than 30,000 visitors have visited the Place of Strength since its opening.

Now we are in a period of scaling and major organizational transformation. We are calling for additional forces in the team who will support our plans, share the ambitions and values ​​of supporting teenagers! 
Among other roles, we are looking for a talented person for the role Head of content! This is a strategic content role responsible for the quality, integrity and strength of content across all foundation communications.

TASKS REQUIRED INICONATE:

1. Form and maintain a unified content strategy of the fund in accordance with the overall communication strategy.
2. Transform the strategic messages of the fund into clear, strong and consistent content in various formats.
3. Responsible for the quality and content of all content materials: texts, videos, visual narratives, campaigns, special projects, partnership materials.
4. Ensure unity of the foundation's voice and compliance with the tone of voice in all communication channels.
5. Participate in planning and launching communication and fundraising campaigns from a content point of view.
6. Create and implement editorial standards, guidelines and work principles with content.
7. Work with communications, SMM, design, production and project teams as a content partner.

You need to have/be able to:

• 3+ years of experience in digital / SMM / content management / editorial;
• experience in managing people, not just channels, ability to organize systematic work of the team and keep focus on the result;
• work with complex, social or sensitive topics;
• follow: following trends and changes in the socio-cultural plane;
• ability to work with several directions at the same timeasno;
• maintain a balance between strategy and daily operations.
