We are looking for an effective and self-confident sales manager (coordinator ) in the field of beauty. An employee who will become part of the team for a long time and strengthen us with his energy and positivity. A person who can lead our managers, who has inner core and strength.
What it will be necessary to:
- Organize the work of 3 mini-departments in the regions of Ukraine. Monitor the execution of all business processes in departments. Travel to the regions 5-6 days a month in all cities with which you work.
- Manage sales departments: set priorities in the work of sales departments. Help advise customers when processing orders, provide product recommendations at seminars, conferences, exhibitions in which your departments participate.
- Control the implementation of the sales plan and the plan for converting new customers.
- Adjust funnels active sales, scripts, update instructions.
- Conduct analytical work, plan sales, evaluate results and develop measures to achieve planned indicators.
- Maintain own customer base: consult, accept orders , hold meetings.
- Keep reporting: Bitrix, 1C.

- You have experience in sales for at least 2 years (experience in the beauty industry will be an advantage)
- Your experience in building and organizing the work of the department (formally or informally)
- Experience in negotiations and public speaking
- Your managerial skills: the ability to rationally plan, organize, control, motivate and provide feedback.
