Happiness Manager to CEO — will help the manager free up the maximum amount of time to work on key business tasks.

Your future challenges :

• Full coordination of the calendar;
• Performing personal errands to optimize the schedule (shopping, logistics, meetings and regular events);
• Organization of business trips and personal logistics;
• Help with administrative tasks for effective team work.

• This role encourages constant learning and development. Since you will work directly with the CEO and the entire flow of his various business tasks within product IT, you will be able to better understand this field, learn the main tools of project organization and improve your business acumen;

• Working in a standard work schedule is expected, but there are cases when unexpected circumstances arise or important meetings that require your attention outside of the standard schedule. However, this is not a significant part of the time - no more than 5% of the total time is expected.
   

What is important to us:

• From 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or office manager;
• English language proficiency from Intermediate+;
• Ability to work with Excel, Power Point, ChatGPT and search tools ;
• Ability to quickly solve several problems at the same time;
• Negotiation skills with difficult contractors;
• Attention to details.
