Ensure handbooks meet international quality standards and align with the project's goals and target audience needs. Conduct thorough research to gather and analyze information relevant to entrepreneurship and business skills. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing insights and materials related to business development, finance, and operations. Incorporate real-world examples and case studies to make handbooks practical and actionable. Review and edit materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to language and cultural context. Utilize best practices for adult learning methodologies and instructional design. Coordinate with publishing teams to ensure timely publication of materials. Ensure handbooks are published in open-source platforms and accessible to target audiences.Collaborate with other experts, program teams, and external stakeholders to integrate handbooks into larger training or educational initiatives.Provide training on the use of handbooks to educators, trainers, or other stakeholders, as needed.Educational Background:A Master's (or equivalent ) degree in Economy, Finance, Public Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, or related fields. Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in entrepreneurship, business development, strategic planning, or related fields.Demonstrated expertise in developing knowledge materials, handbooks, and curricula with at least three handbooks published in open source.Skills and Competencies:In-depth understanding of entrepreneurship development, MSME finance, and strategic business management.Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills. Ability to conduct research and distill complex information into actionable insights. Fluency in Ukrainian is mandatory; knowledge of English is an asset.
