Now we are looking for a Hall Administrator for the Blizenkiv team. 

What needs to be done:

• Organize work in the sales hall - ensure the correct placement of goods, observance of expiration dates and attractive appearance of products.
• Control the quality of customer service in accordance with standards company.
• Manage a team of sellers - train new employees, mentor and support team work.
• Carry out markdowns and write-offs of goods, with special attention to vegetables and fruits.
• Assist in receiving goods and keeping the necessary documentation.
• Monitor cleanliness in the store, compliance with sanitary regulations norms.
• Keep cash documentation, open and close the store.

It is important for us:

• Experience in the field of trade (preferably in the product field).
• Understanding specifics of product groups, their placement, organization of display of goods in the sales hall
• Working with cash register discipline (preferred)
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage a team.
• Willingness to work at a dynamic pace and take responsibility.
