Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD) was created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of ensuring children's rights.

ensure quality and timely procurement of goods, materials, and services for large foster families, as well as providers of social services to children and families with children.

• gathering and summarizing the needs of large foster families, as well as social service providers of target communities in goods, materials and equipment;

work with tender sites, conducting an analysis of the received proposals;

• conducting a full tender process: searching for proposals, compiling documentation on comparative characteristics and checking the availability of a complete package of tender documentation, presenting proposals from suppliers to the tender committee;

• work with primary documentation;

• conclusion contractual documentation with suppliers and control of the fulfillment of the terms of the contract by suppliers (negotiations, conclusion and monitoring of contracts);delivery and transfer of goods in proper condition;

• systematization of tender and accompanying documentation within the framework of procurement and logistics of goods, materials, equipment and services for large foster families, as well as providers of targeted social services communities;

• monitoring of the supplier market, including the search for new ones, based on the terms of the organization's procurement management policy.

Terms of service provision:

Terms of cooperation:

• UMPD concludes a contract for the provision of services with an individual entrepreneur of group 3;
