We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Growth Manager to help us drive the B2B business for our SaaS product.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, business development, and sales within the IT industry. This role requires a visionary leader who can identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and lead initiatives that drive business expansion.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic growth, business development, or sales management in the B2B segment (preferably HR tech).
  • Experience with HRM/ERP systems.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of monetization.
  • Ability to decompose, calculate, and interpret key financial business metrics (conversion rates, LTV, etc).
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation and pitching skills.
  • Experience with popular analytics tools used for SaaS products.
  • Upper-Intermediate English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to expand B2B sales.
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and action plans to achieve growth targets working in collaboration with the Product team.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and customers.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that can drive growth.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals that align with the company’s strategic goals.

​Product and Market Expertise:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the HRM/ERP product and its competitive advantages.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.

Customer Focus:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to tailor messaging and campaigns to the target audience.
