Zhador chain of stores - clothes from France and Italy, in connection with the expansion of the staff, invites to work - Growth Director (Director of the development of the online direction)

Position description:
JADOR is a premium fashion chain with three stores in Lviv and a strong online direction. We are actively scaling digital sales and are looking for a Growth Director — a leader who can systematically develop online marketing, traffic, analytics and the team.

Main responsibilities:

• Formation and implementation of the strategy for the development of the online direction. 

• Analytics, work with indicators (ROMI, ROAS, CPA, CPL). 

• Development of advertising channels: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads. 

• Building funnels and communications in CRM.

 • Strengthening the marketing and sales team. 

• Work with content, advertising campaigns, online collections. 

• Participation in online assortment planning.

Requirements:

• Work experience in the positions of Growth Lead / Head of Marketing / Performance Lead from 3 years. 

• Experience in e-commerce or fashion is an advantage.

• Strong analytical expertise. 

• Ability to work with teams and processes. 

• Initiative and speed in implementing decisions.
