Wisey is a Universe Group business that develops an EdTech platform to improve the personal productivity of users from all over the world. Already more than 1.5 million users have joined the platform, which contains unique content and mechanics dedicated to fighting procrastination, increasing productivity, concentration, memory development, logic, relationships, psychology and other topics. There are 14 people in the team, including the CEO, Growth Product Manager, Analyst, 2 UAMs, Creative Marketing Lead, 2 Creative Marketing Managers, Graphic Designer, UX/UI Designer, Motion Designer and the development team. Your future tasks: Creation of creatives for new marketing funnels and their testing. Market analysis, competitors and tracking trends on a regular basis to improve the process of creating creatives. Organizing brainstorms to find the most effective ideas. Writing technical specifications for designers. Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising creatives and generating new hypotheses based on the data obtained. Creating and reducing Unit economics to new funnels together with the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to scale traffic and increase conversion. We expect that you: Have commercial experience of 1 year or more in the field of Digital Marketing. Have experience in creating and testing creatives for performance marketing. Have experience in writing clear and concise technical specifications for designers. Have copywriting skills. You have good analytical skills and have experience working with marketing analytics. You speak English at the Intermediate level or higher. Ready to take over full management of processes and fromreport for the final result. You know how to prioritize tasks and effectively manage your time. It will be an advantage: Ability to work with AI tools to optimize work. Experience with Facebook Ads/Google Ads.
