Growth Creative Marketing Manager in Universe Group

We are looking for a bold and proactive Growth Creative Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit for the Wisey learning platform, who will be responsible for developing new ad creatives aimed at driving paid traffic. Wisey is a Universe Group business that creates an educational platform to improve user productivity with of the whole world More than 35 thousand users have already joined the platform, which contains 27 developed courses, which are unique content dedicated to fighting procrastination, increasing productivity, concentration, memory development, logic, relationships, psychology and other topics. Your future tasks: Creation of creatives for new marketing funnels and their testing. Market analysis, competitors and tracking trends on a regular basis to improve the creative process. Organization of brainstorms to find the most effective ideas. Writing technical specifications for designers. Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising creatives and generation of new hypotheses based on the received data. Creation and conversion of Unit economics to new funnels together with Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to scale traffic and increase conversion. We expect you to: Have commercial experience of 1 year or more in the field of Digital Marketing. Have experience in creating and testing creatives for performance -marketing. You have experience in writing clear and concise technical specifications for designers. You have copywriting skills. You have good analytical skills and you have experience working with marketing analytics. You speak English at the Intermediate level or higher. Ready to take full control of processes and be responsible for the final result. You know how to prioritize tasks and effectively manage your time.
