Graphic Designer/ Team Lead Design in FLAGMAN

We develop not only the network, but also the brand culture, and that is why we are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer / Team Lead Design to join our creative team, to create aesthetics. You will work at the intersection of design, marketing and product, influencing brand development and user experience. As we are the largest fishing supermarket chain in Eastern Europe and offer a wide range of products for modern fishing and an active lifestyle.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of working with the brand in various channels - digital, print, retail.
• Portfolio with examples of ATL/BTL, POS, packaging, point of sale design or large visual campaigns.
• Own Figma, Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), preferably After Effects or 3D (a plus).
• Experience in building system design, following brand book and visual consistency.
• Responsibility, self-organization, ability to work at a fast pace.
• Multitasking.

Essentials responsibilities:

• Create creative concepts for campaigns (seasonal, promo, loyalty, etc.).
• Develop visual materials for online and offline communications: POS materials, signs, packaging, presentations, banners, showcases, social media.
• Participate in the visual design of new stores, branding areas, and interior solutions.
• Organize the company's visual identity: maintain the brand book, monitor visual integrity.
• Be part of a creative team: work with marketers, Brand managers, copywriters, editors, etc.
• Mentor younger designers, develop the design department.
• Generate ideas that "stick" and sell.
