Graphic designer (offline, no experience) in MalinaLogistic

We are looking for a young person hungry for design whom we will teach and grow with.

What you will do:

• Work next to the art director on real projects

• Make simple layouts: screens, banners, covers, carousels, logos

• Machines according to technical specifications and guidelines

• Look for references, learn, test, keep files tidy

• Get feedback and grow

What we expect from you:

• Basic skills in Figma / Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator

• Sense of style and composition (but not perfectionism to pain)

• The desire to learn every day is not a phrase, it is a condition

• Tidy in layouts, willingness to listen and ask

• Experience is not necessary

What we offer:

• Salary: from 34,000 to 40,000 (depending on of projects)

• Schedule: work in the office on 5/2, from 9 to 18

• Real tasks, not "draw something for experience"
