Graphic designer for cooperation with the press service of the VRU Apparatus in Internyuz-Ukrayina, GO

GOAL: search for specialists to provide graphic design services, in coordination with the Press Service of the Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, within the framework of the "RADA: Next Generation" project , financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: graphic designer will be engaged in the visual design and support of the official pages of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in social networks (Telegram, Meta, Instagram, X):

1. Development and creation of visual materials (infographics, banners, posters) regarding the activities of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, the First Deputy and Deputies of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine , the Apparatus of the VRU and committees for the official pages of the Ukrainian Parliament in social networks;
2. Adaptation of visual content for various social media platforms taking into account their specifics and requirements;
3. Participation in the development of visual concept and style for thematic campaigns and projects of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;
4. Creation of templates for regular publications and reports;
5. Creation of presentations;
6. Cooperation with a team of content managers and communicators for ensuring consistent visual communication.

Requirements for candidates:

• Education in the field of graphics design, visual communications or related fields;
• Experience as a graphic designer;
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud graphic editors (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• Free using Microsoft office;
• Experience in creating visual content for social networks;
• Understanding modern trends in graphic design and digital communications;
• Knowledge of the basics of typography, composition and color theory;
• Ability to work with photographs;
• High level of command of the Ukrainian language, knowledge of English will be an advantage;
• Ability to work in a team and in conditions of high intensity ;
• Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines;
• Understanding the specifics of work in a political context and the ability to take into account the sensitivity of information;
• Knowledge of printing and prepress preparation.

Offers to participate in the competition are accepted until 18:00 on 7 October 2024 strong> to the mail dkolesnyk@internews.ua with a mandatory indication of the subject of the letter: "Competition application_Graphic designer to provide services in coordination with the Press Service of the Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine".

Feedback is planned only with candidates who will be selected for an interview.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Participation in the contest is open to natural persons and natural persons-entrepreneurs (FOP).

For natural persons - the following is attached to the application: scanned copy of passport pages (1,2 and page with registration) , identityverification code.

For FOP — the following is attached to the application: an up-to-date extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, an extract from the register of taxpayers/certificate of the payer of a single tax, an existing list of activities that correspond to the essence services for which a tender has been announced (CVEDs).

RULES FOR PROCESSING THE APPLICATION:

Offers are allowed to participate in the evaluation , which:

• contain registration documents, resume/CV, work portfolio and motivation letter;
• filled in Ukrainian;
• sent by e-mail in a timely manner.

Determining the winners will take place after the technical evaluation of the proposed proposals in accordance with the selection criteria and conducting interviews with the selected participants. The results of the selection will be announced to everyone who participated in the competition by e-mail or phone.
