What a person we need would it be suitable?

• Professional education (design, visual arts, graphics, etc.) is desirable;
• Experience as a designer for 1-2 years;
• Understanding the principles of visual communication and composition;
• Ability to work according to a technical task, as well as to propose your ideas;
• Attention to details, ability to adhere deadlines.
• Proficient in graphic editors: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma / Canva / CorelDRAW (depending on tasks)
• Knowledge of the basics of typography, working with color and grids;
• Skills in preparing files for printing and the Internet;
• Experience in creating layouts for: printing (postcards, business cards, catalogs); digital materials (banners, covers, presentations, social networks); simple animations / GIF (will be a plus).
• Skills of retouching, collage;
• Understanding UI/UX when creating banners and landing pages;
• Experience of working in a team with marketers, copywriters and layout designers;

A portfolio of completed projects is a must.
