Graphic designer in Skaden

We are looking for a designer with strong taste, discipline and understanding of modern design. We need a person who makes clean, relevant and meaningful, knows how to work with the identity and design of small sites, and brings the result to the perfect file "for production".

What needs to be done

• Design of logos: wordmark / lettermark / sign+typography, icon solutions and clean wordmarks.

• Vectorization and work with vector graphics: manual construction (without auto-trace), understanding nodes, curves, simplification of forms, preparation for different scales.

• Identity and guidelines: mini-brand books, logo books, brand guidelines (rules for using the logo, colors, typography, grids, application examples).

• Site design: landing pages and simple sites — structure, composition, UI logic, adaptive (desktop/mobile), preparation of layouts for transfer to development.

• Design for marketing and social media: banners, covers, creatives, templates.

• Printing: flyers/posters and other materials (A4/A5/A6, etc.) with proper preparation for printing.

• Careful work with TK, edits and deadlines.

• Export and order in files: correct formats (SVG/PDF/AI/PNG/JPG), preparation of versions (monochrome/inversion/icon/full logo), structuring of layers and names.

Requirements (mandatory)

• Strong portfolio with logos and identity: logobooks/brandbooks/guidelines (not 2-3 "shots", but real cases).

• Understanding typography: kerning, tracking, optical indents, working with composition and grids.

• Understanding coloristics and the ability to select palettes for the task.

• The ability to evaluate the result: what is "norm" and what is "raw product" and bring the work to a professional level.

• Confident work in:

  • Figma

  • Canva

  • Adobe Illustrator (rarely, mostly only for vectorization)
    
    

• Mastering AI-tools as a working tool of the designer (for faster ideas, texts, options, references, checks) — without loss of quality and responsibility for the final result.

• Carefulness, responsibility, ability to work systematically.

Will be a plus

• Understanding the preparation of layouts under printing (flights, margins, PDF export).

• Understanding basic UI principles (hierarchy, readability, contrast).

Terms

• Schedule: 10:00-18:00 (can be changed to 09:00-17:00). The main thing is fulfillment of tasks within deadlines and stable communication during working hours.

  • first 3 months — 14000 UAH/month

  • after that — 16,000 UAH/month

  • payment is made in installments, by card (requires an account from you) or through any freelance platform like Freelancehunt
