Graphic Designer in Rollsteam

RollsTeam is a team with its own iGaming products that sets the pace in the market.
We are constantly moving forward, scaling and working with those who are really strong in their field.
We are currently expanding our design team and are looking for a Graphic Designer who loves dynamics, experiments and wants to create creatives that give results, not just a "pretty picture".

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Creating graphic creatives for performance-marketing
• Development of banners, static creatives, elements for advertising campaigns
• Adaptation and scaling of creatives for different GEOs and formats
• Participation in the development of creative concepts together with design and marketing
• Independent management of tasks: from TK to final result
• Interaction with designers, buyers and team lead
• Quality control, meeting deadlines
• Participation in the development of the design-direction team

Who we are looking for:

• Experience from 1 year in iGaming
• Confident ownership Photoshop / Figma (Illustrator will be a plus)
•  Experience in creating gambling creatives
•  Understanding the principles of composition, color, typography
•  Experience in adaptations and resizing for different formats / platforms / GEO
•  Understanding the marketing goals of creative (CTR, CPA, ROAS — basic)
• Ability to work with deadlines and multiple tasks in parallel
• Willingness to be in touch during working hours

• Experience working with a large volume of creatives

• Critical thinking and offering solutions, not just execution of TK
• Clear and timely communication with the team and team leader
