| Role Summary
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Social Media department and collaborate with Marketing, and Sales departments who will be working closely with the Head of Brand & Social Media.
This role goes beyond “making things look nice.”
You’ll design with purpose — to communicate, convert, and build a recognizable brand in the biohacking & longevity space, primarily for a US audience. Translate complex ideas into clear, visually structured materials. Support campaigns, launches, and collaborations with visual storytelling
You’ll work on social content daily, while also supporting presentations, partnerships, print materials, and sales assets. We’re looking for someone who understands how design connects to strategy, audience needs, and business goals.
| Key Responsibilities
Social Media (Core Focus)
Create graphic design in Figma for: Social media content (posts, carousels, covers, branding visuals), Paid ads & targeting creatives, Partnerships & collaborations
Design assets aligned with SMM strategies and content plans
Ensure visual consistency and strong brand recognition across platforms
Adapt visuals for different formats and channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube, Reddit etc.)
Marketing & Sales
Design presentations for Sales & Marketing departments (Pitch, Google Slides, Keynote, PDF)
Digital & Print materials by the request from departments.
Print & Offline Materials
Prepare print-ready materials (Adobe & Figma): Banners, Flyers, Posters, Merchandise, Collateral & event materials
Understand print requirements: formats, bleeds, CMYK, resolutions etc.
Deliver files fully ready for production.
| Creative Thinking & Strategy
Work within our existing brand system, while actively contributing to its evolution and refinement
Thoughtfully develop the brand visually to make it more recognizable, bold, and distinctive
Propose new visual elements, formats, and ideas that strengthen brand identity and market presence
Balance creativity with strategy: every design decision should have a clear purpose (awareness, engagement, conversion, recognition)
Translate marketing and business goals into strong, meaningful visual concepts
Analyze what works, what doesn’t, and why — not designing blindly or purely for aesthetics
Experimentation & Innovation
Use AI tools for image and video generation to speed up ideation
Test new formats, visuals, and creative approaches
Be curious, playful, and open to experimentation — while staying strategic
