Job Summary

As a Production Artist at Imprint Engine, you are the wizard behind the curtain, turning design concepts into tangible realities. You will play a crucial role in in maintaining the integrity of the design through the production process, ensuring every piece not only meets but exceeds our high standards of quality. You’ll wield your creativity and technical skills to produce a wide array of materials, from digital designs to print products, each reflecting our clients' vision and our commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in physical production graphic design, be client-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver with Precision - lead digital and print production projects from concept to completion with flawless execution.
• Manage with Confidence - handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Collaborate & Communicate - work closely with internal teams and clients for smooth project execution.
• Innovate & Elevate - push design boundaries, from logos to brand development, staying ahead of trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in print production, creative graphic & product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, with a keen eye for current design trends.
• Good communication skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly to team members and clients alike.
• Detail-oriented, ability to work well both independently and in teams, solutions-focused mindset.
• Upper Intermediate level of English or higher.
