Graphic designer in Novus

The NOVUS company, one of the most successful and promising supermarket chains in Ukraine, invites to its the Graphic Designer team.

Functional duties:

• Timely preparation of price lists for the launch of promo campaigns and other advertising materials;
• Control for the appropriate quality and correctness of information in the prepared advertising materials;
• Control of brand representation offline and online and providing prompt feedback to the team;
• Control of all advertising materials for compliance with the brand book;
• Timely provision of necessary information to divisions regarding corporate style;
• Adaptation of internal presentations and materials for external conferences;
• Control of design trends and introduction of new ideas into the design direction.

Our wishes to candidates:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years (in retail / FMCG as a plus);
• Higher education in marketing, design;
• Confident user: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Figma, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Acrobat;
• Responsibility, goal orientation, result orientation, independence, attention to details, resistance to stress, teamwork skills , initiative, multitasking;
• Communicative skills: the ability to listen and hear, argue one's opinion and give constructive feedback.
